Thurs May 25 (rescheduled from May 11) – 12 Noon FANN members only Zoom: The Need for Seed, panel discussion with Nancy Bissett of The Natives, Joe Reams of Southern Habitats and Gage LaPierre of the UF Native Plant Nursery. Nancy is a pioneer of many restoration methods and an advocate for more seed production on the ornamental side as well. Joe is growing wildflower and seed for restoration and a principal supplier in North Florida and beyond. Gage is spearheading the formation of a Florida Native Seed Partnership to help ensure the supply of genetically diverse, ecotype native seed.
